Facility is 2 blocks away from the beach, which makes recreational choices, seeing the Badger dock in and out, and sunsets very convenient. The hallways and rooms are clean, but the outside could used some renovation.

Unfortunately we weren't able to use the pool because its was being serviced. Which was a bummer cuz thats part of the reason I booked this place. An alarm in the pool area went off for about 18 hours which we could hear from our room. But thankfully a great staff member found it and took the battery out. But its a clean and the staff is great!

Stayed in room 204. It's a great location. My only beef is I'm not sure what the sound was if it was a uneven washing machine but it was periodic during the night you could hear through the walls. Room was big and it was clean. A little musty smell but you get that with most rooms close to the water. I would stay again because of location.

Our room was really nice. A king-sized bed, two armchairs and hassock, a nice table and two chairs for eating. We loved the pool-house with the hot tub - very relaxing - especially since the weather was gray and drizzling for two of the days. Access to the pool house was a hallway, so didn't have to go outdoors to get there. It's an older motel that has been remodeled and they did a nice job. We would stay there again if we went to Ludington.

The room was clean and no air freshener smells. The hot tub and pool were also clean, although a few of the jets didn't work. The air conditioner worked but had a random loud rattling noise. The bathroom window wouldn't open. They said there was wifi but it didn't work except by the reception area. Parking was good, hot shower nice water pressure. Curtain not black out and broken so it wouldn't close. Refrigerator worked. We made the decision not to complain on our vacation time. Would choose a different option next time.

Check in was nice, we checked in early. The hotel smelled like ether/spray paint, not sure what work was being done, but room smelled both days terribly, no parking available Saturday evening, finally parked and hoped car was still there in the morning, dirty towel on back of door when we got there, garbage was left in room after cleaning and bed didn’t get made. Pool and hot tub were not open. Bed was one step from sleeping in the floor. All in all, I would not stay again or recommend to others!

The hotel.is in a great location. However, our room had a malfunctioning air conditioner, very old school. It was either an ice box or you had to unplug it which the room would then get hot. Our second night it went from ice cold to blowing hot air. We didnt touch it. There was no wifi in our room either. We had some work to do on the laptop but couldnt do it in our room. The management didn't want to listen and said we were wrong. They were absolutely the worst part of our stay. Will never stay here again, which won't really affect them, but it was a very bad experience for us. Highly recommend skipping this hotel.
