Stunning! 4BR/3Ba - sleeps 10 - Swim Spa, Elevator and Pets Welcome

This gorgeous single family house (not a duplex or condo) is perfect for your vacation. Featuring 4 bedrooms (2 king, 2 queen and a set of bunk beds) plus 3 full bathrooms. A huge kitchen with white cabinets and granite counter tops. The great room has new living room furniture and a large dining table that seats 8-10 people comfortably. All furniture and décor is high end and just stunning to see.
For those who love to enjoy the outdoors, it has 3 balconies - the top 2 which have views of the Ocean. The fenced in back yard is covered with master turf, with a grill and dining table which is perfect for family dinners. The Aqua Swim Spa can be used as a pool for you to swim in during the day or as a spa for you to relax in during the evenings. There is a washer and dryer as well. The private elevator comes in very handy when you are loading in your luggage and supplies.
The location is ideal! You can park your car and walk to everything. The house is located 3 blocks from a beach access that has a lifeguard tower and parking for golf carts and bike racks. The famous Carolina Beach Lake Park is 2 blocks away. The park features a walking path and new playground, In the summer there is a farmer's market on Saturday mornings and family appropriate movies on Sunday evenings. The boardwalk is 4 blocks away and features amusement rides in the summer along with fireworks on Thursday evenings.

You will find the house well stocked and very comfortable! The perfect place for a multi-family vacation or couples gathering with plenty of parking and room for all.

My family and I had a wonderful time staying at 214 Spartanburg Ave. The house was clean, comfortable, and had plenty of space for all of us. We liked how close it was to the beach and being able to walk to restaurants and shops. The porch was a favorite spot for morning coffee and evening chats. Everything worked as it should, and the host made the whole process simple and stress-free. We’d be happy to come back here on our next family trip to Carolina Beach.

Lovely Getaway

Nicely decorated with all amenities. We loved the quietness of the street while still be close to everything. We enjoyed our first trip to Carolina Beach and will return again in the future. Great dog friendly place!

Great Place, Everything We Needed

Great place near the beach with everything we needed to enjoy the stay. We liked that they allowed pets, which most places do not. We also had a great time in the swim/spa.

Very high end beach house

This property is gorgeous,very well maintained,and clean. Only 2 blocks to beach access. Extremely comfortable mattresses. The kitchen was very well stocked. Having a second full size refrigerator was very helpful. The swim spa was great for relaxing in the evenings. Would recommend highly.

Great property and location.

Wonderful home and short walk to the beach and town. Owner did a great job of making it a home away from home by providing all the necessities and extra kitchen tools to cook a meal. Master Bed was super comfortable. Swim spa was really nice and the elevator made life much easier on our Senior Pup. Great neighborhood.

This property was amazing!! The house was spacious, the beds comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed and more! The back yard was like a small oasis, such a comfortable place to sit and enjoy a drink after a day at the beach!

Great location, fantastic back yard!

This property is a stand-out in Carolina Beach in that it is a detached home featuring both an elevator (that works well) and a swim spa for the non-beach lovers in your group. The entire home is well equipped and Tammi is an extremely responsive host. The backyard is lovely and quite private and the beach is just a few blocks away. Beware that the bed in the main floor bedroom is quite high (a stepstool might be nice) and that the bathroom is not private to the bedroom. Also, the cleanlng service could be a bit more thorough, but overall, an excellent house. Highly recommend!

Family Beach Vacation

Our stay at the VRBO was magnificent!! The proximity to the beach was a very short distance, our house was sooo beautiful and relaxing! We watched the weekly fireworks from our rooftop patio, and spent countless hours on the screened in porches!! Lovely time!!

An excellent beach getaway

Our stay was absolutely lovely, and Tammy was communicative and responsive the whole time. The property was clean in the morning so we were able to check in early, and the cleaners came later in the day when we were leaving so Tammy said we could check out later if needed. The house had everything we could want and we loved it so much we tacked on an extra day mid-way through the trip. We loved having multiple outdoor areas to use, a fully-stocked kitchen, easy access to so many bars and restaurants, and a quick walk to the beach (like, so quick you could pop back to the house to use the restroom or refill a water bottle.) Thanks again for a wonderful stay, Tammy!

Christmas at the beach

We had an awesome time. Grateful that the owners had it decorated for Christmas… lights and all. Hosted meal for total 11 people and were able to sit around the table . Kitchen was well stocked with kitchen gear. Elevator came in handy for move in and move out. Lots of chilly walks on the beach. Highly recommend

Spacious House with Elevator Close to Beach

We had a wonderful week at the beach with family spending time with our new granddaughter. The layout gave the new parents plenty of room for baby bassinets and other items! The elevator was a life-saver for a family member who just had foot surgery. House was clean and beds were comfortable. Great location. We would definitely stay again!

Great Home!

We really enjoyed our stay! The location was perfect and we were super impressed with all the supplies. The beds were very comfortable and there were plenty of extra blankets. Tammy was super responsive and even sent a trash pick up reminder which was very helpful. We loved driving on the beach in Fort Fisher and getting ice cream at Fun Times! We will be back for sure!!

All you need at CB

We had a great stay at Tammy’s place to ring in the New Year. She is a most communicative and accommodating host, who keeps a clean well-stocked home for her guests. We found everything we needed and knew just what to expect on supplies from her thorough welcome packet. Rooms were spacious, beds were comfy, the hot tub was FANTASTIC and the walk to the beach access was quick & easy. We can highly recommend a stay with Tammy!

Family Getaway

This home is fantastic! So close to everything. Family of 6 with 3 dogs and plenty of room to spare! The home has everything you need and feels very private in the backyard. We easily could walk to the beach and they had plenty of chairs and a beach cart. Home was well stocked with just about everything we needed and the elevator was a must!! We rented a golf cart and that was such a nice way to get around and there was a plug right in the carport. I will definitely recommend this home. Host is very easy to work with.
