    We've traveled up and down the North Carolina coast, and we haven't found a town we love more than Carolina Beach. At our condo, all the best spots are within easy reach. Plus, with access to two community pools, you can take a break from the sand and surf to practice your backstroke.

    Of course there's the beach just outside your door, but within walking distance there's also Freeman Park for bonfires on the beach, Carolina Beach Fishing Pier, and a quaint downtown with plenty of places to shop or grab a bite. Don't leave without trying a Britt's donut!

    Hop in your car (2 parking passes per condo) and drive just a few minutes to Carolina Beach State Park to walk down the Venus flytrap trail, see sea life up close at North Carolina Aquarium, or take a local tour to Shark Island.

What a Way to Unwind!

Located at the North End, it was an amazing getaway for my family. It has the perfect view to watch the sunrise. Greg was very informative and responded quickly. We highly recommend staying here and will definitely be back!

Great Girls Get-Away

Rented for an extended girls weekend. 4 generations who love the beach and seafood. Property location was great with excellent beach access, wonderful views, and a comfortable stay. Could benefit from an added outdoor spigot/shower to clean off sand. Floors are somewhat uneven.

A Little Slice of Heaven

Our stay was pure enjoyment, all around. What a beautiful and clean condo with an exceptional view! We didn't want to leave. Carolina beach is such a special place, and this condo made it even more special. It's convenient to all the great restaurants and spots yet it felt very private and peaceful. We were so grateful that we could bring our dog along, too! We will definitely be staying at this little gem again!

Great home base

We booked this condo to use as a home base while we saw our extended family for Thanksgiving. The property had everything we needed for simple meal prep, and our dogs were happy with the scenery from the back porch. We watched the sunrise every morning-directly in front of the porch. We were able to walk on the north end with the dogs every day-wide open spaces, and much needed relaxing time.

Great location and rental!

Property was in a great location and was exactly as shown in the pictures. I read one review that stated a concern on cleanliness. We found the property to be very clean. Also, because the property is pet friendly, I half expected there to be an animal smell, which was not the case at all. The property mgr was very responsive and very nice. Communication was excellent. We will definitely stay here again.

Great location and beautiful view

Great location and beautiful view from the balcony. The biggest downfall for us was that there was no faucet at the building to clean the sand off, you had to walk across the street by the pool. Also, shortly after we arrived, there was a lot of dog hair in bunches coming out from under the couch and that was disappointing.

You can’t beat the view from this condo! You are literally steps away from the beach. The deck has plenty of seating to accommodate everyone. The living room has 2 comfortable sofas and the beds were comfy as well. We did a lot of cooking and appreciated the well stocked kitchen. Just one thing to be aware of is that the parking is a tight fit for a full sized truck. We had a fabulous Thanksgiving!

Another lovely stay!

We have stayed several years in this unit. The owners are friendly and super responsive. The neighborhood and the beach are quiet at this end. You can’t get any closer to the beach and it’s a 30 second walk to two pools. We love coming here and always have a relaxing family vacation that can include our English Bulldog! This year there was significant beach erosion at the north end of the island but that’s to be expected given the storms this season. Did not deter from a great trip. We still went to the beach every day!

Wasn’t what I was expecting but still awesome!

The pictures make the condo appear larger than it really was, but it was still plenty of room for 4 guest though. The room was clean and very comfortable. The view of the ocean from the balcony was perfect. The Property owners were very responsive and helpful. The conditions for my dogs weren’t ideal because you had to search for grass that didn’t have signs that said no poop or peeing. I suggest you take your dogs to the sand every time they use the bathroom to get them use to it. There is grassy areas they can use the bathroom but you have to find them. Overall I give this condo a 4.8 out of 5. My stay was very relaxing and rejuvenating. I would definitely go back and stay in the very same room. Very pleased with my stay.

Nice place, beautiful view, not the best for dogs

We were very impressed with the condo itself! Loves: View of the ocean from the balcony, being steps to the beach, rain style shower heads (soooo nice!) Not so loves: We had pretty bad weather all week (nothing you can do about that), but the biggest frustration was having our dogs there because there’s really no good place to walk them so that was stressful. Overall, I think it’s a wonderful place to be for people, just not so much for the pups! Greg and Laura were very responsive and kind to allow a late checkout since our last day was by far the best weather day, and the condo management company was extremely quick to respond to a problem we had and very friendly! 🙂

Great views and great location!

This was our first time in Carolina Beach. This place is in a great location, not busy at all. The condo is very spacious. The deck view is probably the best part though. You are so close to the beach! It’s not like a lot of places where you have to walk a long way to get down to the ocean. The beach is not wide in this area so when the tide is in, there is not a lot of space so take your chairs down first thing in the Morning. The parking spaces can be a little tight if you have a large vehicle and probably the only downside to the location is that there is not a shower or hose to rinse your feet off when coming from the beach. The shower is located at the pool, which is located across the street. Not much the owners can do about that. The Owners were great with communication and answered all of our questions very quickly. We had a great time here and will definitely come back to this location!
