Don’t worry about linens, paper goods, dishwasher and dish detergent, laundry detergent; a starting supply is already available in the house for your use! With three bedrooms and a comfortable sleeper sofa, this wonderfully furnished home easily sleeps 8. Each of the bedrooms has brand new beds; a king in the spacious master and queens in the other two rooms. For those days or evenings when you feel like staying in, the kitchen is fully equipped for any cooking you may want to do. Dine indoors or enjoy outdoor dining under a covered illuminated area. Later, watch TV or movies in the living room on a brand new 50 inch smart TV. Each bedroom also has a smart TV. Below, the house has covered double parking to protect your vehicle, or back the vehicles out and sit in the shade of the parking area or sit on the covered deck of the front porch. You will enjoy the newness of this house as well as being only 3 blocks to the beach. Also just a short drive away is the beautiful city of Wilmington and all that it has to offer. And for nature lovers, just a quick stroll away is Carolina Beach State Park offering a magnificent 900 acres of pristine park land, walking trails, bird watching and sunset views over the river. Great family vacation home

This was our first visit to Carolina Beach, and it definitely won’t be our last. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The kitchen was well-equipped, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. Maria was very responsive and helpful. The house was conveniently located near everything. We also rented a golf cart to explore Carolina and Kure Beach, which was a lot of fun.

Home away from home

Our family just needed some change of scenery, rest and some ocean therapy and we got that and much more. Loved the quiet area, little children’s park out back that my grands got to enjoy some, short walk for Britt’s donuts and time on the ocean for the little ones to play in the sand. Home was very clean and well stocked for what we needed and we definitely would come back. Thank you Maria!

Super nice host, almost perfect vacation

House was beautiful, clean and we had a great time. The host, Maria, was super nice and communicated well. We loved the location, and it was nearly perfect. Just want to point out a couple of things: Minor - there was no laundry detergent when we arrived & a little wear and tear (fridge drawer, small wall damage, no overhead light in one of the rooms, etc.). Nothing that hindered us at all, but I didn't want to get charged for preexisting issues. A little more significant is that we received a text from the owner saying that the neighbor complained to her that we were too loud while going up and down the stairs (the staircase is squeaky). We had 4 kids there who were 2-7 years old, but we made sure the kids walked up and down the stairs as quietly as possible after that. However, the neighbor also came over to complain about the kids being too loud while they were playing in the living room. So this house may not be the best location if you have playful kids. For reference, we had no parties, were asleep every night by about 9 pm, so this was really just about kids playing in the house in the afternoon. One last and very weird thing that happened is that one night at about 4 am, an extremely loud noise like a fire alarm went off. It woke me up as well as my daughter. There was no smoke, no fire, so I have no idea what it was, but it was really scary! Other than that, the place, host, and location was wonderful! Thank you! We hope to return one day!

Absolutely Wonderful!

We have been staying in the CB/Kure Beach area for decades and this was the absolute best place we have ever stayed! The house is immaculate and had everything we needed for a weeks stay. It’s just a short walk right to the boardwalk and center of town, close enough to walk everywhere, but also just far enough to have a nice quiet stay. My whole family loved it and want to thank the owners for a wonderful family place to stay! We are already planning our next trip!
