Not a 5 star hotel, but a good value for the money, quiet, easy convenient parking, decent room, clean, well stocked. Better than average (included) breakfast, good selection of breakfast foods. If in Wilmington and need a place to stay I highly recommend mainStay suites of Wilmington. It's my new "go to" hotel when I'm in Wilmington.

Staff was courteous room was alright lighting in the room could have been better the stair well up to our room was hard to beath in due to the smell of dog urine. Breakfast was not what we expected very limited options. The bath tub was dangerous i had to hold on to the handle the entire time i felt if i let go i would slip.

Great for families. We loved the access to food, Target, Costco, and outlets. Close enough to university and beach. Only hot menu item for breakfast is waffles, but that's fine, they did have boiled eggs and sausage sandwiches that could be heated in microwave so that gave good savory options. Very clean, great staff.

A nice suite hotel with reasonable prices. Close to beaches, shopping, and dining. Room was decent size with everything needed. The pool is outdoors and across the parking lot as it is shared with another hotel. The staff was knowledgeable about local beaches with helpful suggestions. The breakfast was a typical hotel buffet with the basics.

Rooms were clean and great space and storage . Enjoyed the pool and the outdoor BBQ area. Only thing is the kitchen area floors weren't very clean and cookware a pot and pan were very scorched not able to really use . I would stay again but would need my own cookware .
