First impression was a very old space quickly stocked with thrift shop furniture and accessories. Our arrival was after 9pm and at that time, the internet was intermittently working. The main light and the outlet in the bath were not working. The next morning, the internet WAS NOT WORKING. The host responded quickly to my text and had that internet up and running within two hours so that was appreciated. Unfortunately, starting out the morning even for 2 hours without tv, internet and no coffee as no filters were provided was a really bad start to the day. Also having to brush my teeth (electric toothbrush) and dry my hair in the kitchen was really annoying. As to the kitchen this listing boasts a fully stocked kitchen which didn’t include any towels, paper towels or coffee filters (we were told to bring our own coffee). There was no soap in the shower and basic soaps were listed as being provided. I have stayed at many VRBO properties that were every bit what the listing promised. This listing was the opposite…the only positive thing about it for us was the proximity to the hospital. I asked for a refund for all the issues listed above and got 15. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PROPERTY even as a last resort which it was for us…would stay at a hotel instead.
