You will love this cozy 2 bedroom suite that comfortably sleeps 4, this unit is located on the 1st floor. Less than 5 minutes from The Ark Encounter & only 45 minutes from The Creation Museum. You will find we are a short walk from charming downtown Williamstown where you will find shops & dining. We are 45 minutes from Lexington, 35 minutes from Cincinnati and 90 minutes from Louisville.

Thank you for an amazing stay! We loved being right down and how we could walk to the William Arnold cabin and to get breakfast and dinner. The condo was extremely spacious and had all the amenities one could need. We really liked how there were extra blankets as well. Thank you for a great clean stay!

Perfect place to stay

Our second time staying here! Truly, a home away from home. HIGHLY recommend. Close to the Ark Encounter and some great local dining options. Friendly, fast, and helpful interactions with the owner. Would definitely stay here again!

Close to the Ark, super clean

Super clean, spacious, very close to the Ark Encounter. Property Manager responded promptly to texts. Mattresses were comfortable and neighborhood quiet.

Rainy Spring

Making memories is fun despite the rain. It does not need to spoil the mood. We had a great time together at the museum and the Ark. We also enjoyed discovering new and familiar places to eat. We were always full. Thanks to Holland properties for hosting us.

Great place and location

We were in town for the Ark. The location was ideal and the property was great. We enjoyed sitting outside during the evening on the metal rocker. The kitchen had what we needed (coffee, filters, creamer!) For our short stay and wifi worked well for 4 adults with various devices. Overall great place that we would stay again!!

Ark Encounter

Unit is a 5 minute easy drive to the Ark Encounter. It was very clean with plenty of room for the 4 of us. Furnishings were pleasant and we had no problems at all with booking, checking in or out. Would recommend if the Ark Encounter is your main destination.

Very spacious and good location.

We had a great time. My daughters and I take trips instead of Christmas/birthday gifts. This was a perfect location for all the things we did. Cincinnati zoo, Creation Museum, Louisville Slugger Museum, Churchill Down and Holiday Casino. Covered 4 states. Would certainly stay here again.

Texas Ark Adventure

Quiet neighborhood, nice bedrooms with comfortable beds, nice bathroom, and kitchen with plenty of utensils and appliances. Additional sitting areas were nice also. Only slight drawback was currently there is no breakfast restaurants in Williamstown. Have to travel about 4 miles to Dry Ridge.

We stayed here to be close to The Ark Encounter and the location could not have been more perfect! Our group consisted is two couples. We were comfortable in the house sleeping and hanging out both days after our museum visits. Having the extra sitting room was really nice! Check- in end out was super easy. Highly recommend!

Comfortable Clean and Cozy

My son and I stayed to attend the Ark men’s conference and it was only 6 minute drive away. Kitchen was well stocked. Beds were comfy, rooms were clean…it was just the right spot for what we needed. The town and neighborhood aren’t fancy but definitely feel safe and welcoming. The property is minutes from Eduardo’s pizza place which was delicious. We even got dates wrong on our booking and the manager was right on top of accommodating an extra night on the fly for us, which we were very grateful for. She was an excellent communicator and very helpful.

I have never used VRBO and was a little cautious. But I spoke with Gina and she was so helpfull. And the place was great, we are over 65. It was easy getting around town and was an easy walking to shops. I appreciate Gina and Holland properties.

Great price, very clean!

Me and my husband and parents were in town for the Ark encounter. This was very comfortable for the 4 of us. The TV couldn’t be heard from the bedrooms if anyone was up later or earlier. We played cards at the dining room table in the evening. I liked the easy check in and out without any need to contact the property manager. Would definitely recommend.

Nice and close to the Ark Museum

It was good with no real complaints. Location was great. Provided us with a clean and tidy place to stay. Communication was superb with the manager! Right price for us. Not super kid friendly with a glass dining table and cloth chairs. Overall it was clean but some leaky spots on the ceiling, paint peeling where doors stick and unfinished installations. Presented like a “let’s make this look nice quick and get it rented” look, but overall we were happy and it did the job.

Comfortable!

The beds and linens were amazing! I usually don’t sleep well away fr home but I did here! Kitchen well equipped. Cozy living room. Nice sitting area where my sister and I could sit and chat while our husbands watched sports on the big TV in the living room. Close to many nest shops downtown. Within 10 minutes of many great restaurants. Love music was playing downtown. It was a nice bonus to our trip!

Clean and comfortable

The family enjoyed staying here. There was one unexpected issue. The smaller bedroom that was for the small child had the backdoor in it. The parents were not comfortable with the child sleeping with the backdoor in his room so they put the child in the master bedroom and stayed in the smaller room themselves. Not ideal but they did enjoy their trip.

Great Location, Clean and Spacious!

We loved our stay at the Holland Suites!! The suite was spacious and very clean. It was the first game of the World Series with our beloved Texas Rangers during our stay so really enjoyed the living area. Kitchen and bathroom was good size and host provided plenty of towels and even had wash clothes specific for make-up, which I loved. Also provided extra blankets and pillows! The location was amazing with an easy walk to downtown for several of the restaurants. Also parking was great. Host was beyond incredible! We had several unique needs this weekend, including my husband leaving his wedding band! She was quick to respond and very accomodating. We will be visiting Williamstown again for the next few months and absolutely plan to stay at Holland Suites again.
