"Location was great for riding the HMT. Lots of space/rooms for 14 of us. No hot tub as advertised in title. Two general spaces even though pics show more, they are on different floors. Great stay over all. Kitchen stocked. Bath and laundry bring your own."

"We Loved our stay .Parking was easy . The car port can easily fit 3 trucks with street parking big enough for 2 or 3 more cars right out front. The garage held 4 dirtbikes and 3 two seater sxs no problem and was all lockable and we had no issues . The house is huge and everything was clean and ready ..."

"This was perfect for our family of 4 with 2 teenagers. Super clean and everything we needed. Derek was a great host. Lots of room for our 20ft stock trailer full of four wheelers. Bonus that there is a new trail from the parking lot to the main trail head that was just put in!"

"The host was amazing! House was clean. We brought 3 trailers and there was plenty of room. Nice big yard for the kids to run around. There were plenty of towels, dishes, paper towels, etc. We would definitely stay there again!"
