Clean place ,safe,the whole place its illuminates all nigth ,a lot of parking,also huge parking for semi truck with 53 ft trailer.really nice person at the front desk .i recommend this place.next to it,it’s a Mexican restaurant,Mc Donald across the street.

I have stayed at this hotel at least 4 times. It's convenient to Busch Gardens and Water Country. Several stores and places to eat close to the hotel. Staff is always friendly! Carpets could use a cleaning, but overall, the rooms seem clean.

Obviously this is not a 5 star hotel, but for what it is it's great. Rooms are clean, air/heat work well, beds are extremely comfy. The staff I've encountered has always been pleasant and friendly. The location is absolutely perfect: Colonial Williamsburg and Busch Gardens are both less than 15 mins away and there are some great dining options & grocery/convenience stores in walking distance. I've stayed here 4 or 5 times and have never had a bad experience.

Probably one of the cleanest motels I’ve ever stayed in. The pool is open until 9 during the summer and you can barely hear the other rooms near you. I usually prefer hotels but I would love to stay here again next time we’re doing a Busch gardens weekend

Would recommend.

This hotel is consistent. Always good never any bad surprises. I stay there often. It suits my purposes. Not close to town but bus service is convenient. I would recommend. Although coffee was not available in the lobby.

When I went into the room I lifted the bed to look for bedbugs and a German cockroach crawled out from the bed frame. So I pulled off the sheets and there was another one! I went down and told the man at the desk and he was very nice and gave us another room. And I searched it for bugs and did not find any, so we stayed. I would have switched hotels but we got there at 1 am so it was too late to book another hotel.

Perfect accommodation for me and my son. I'm not sure what all the negative reviews are about. No bugs, no mold, clean room, and comfortable bed! The bathroom is a little old so it seems not as clean. Pool was open and blue. Ice machine worked, and a quick carshare ride to Water Country. And, to top it off they didn't even trip when i ended up checking out a little late. And then the price! Great pick for the area if your not tripping off of frills.

Live a little

Check In was super simple, quick, and easy. My stay was a blast. The sheets were clean, the towels were clean. The AC also works amazingly well in the rooms.
