"Little to no hot water in the shower"

"The first room you couldn't get the door to unlock. Spent 5 hours waiting for new room. The floors were so filthy that my feet were black from walking on them. Pans were dirty. This used to be a wonderful resort, not anymore."

"Another wonderful 1 month stay. My first review (3 yrs ago) was all encompassing. What I see as "the ultimate highlight of this apt" is proximity. As you look at the first picture of the whole apt, you see the sliding glass door. As you walk thru the door (left is a closet with beach chairs, beach umbrella and "water toys" (floats, noodles etc.) onto the lovely patio then manicured walkway. Turning right you are literally steps from the pool. Several steps more you are on the beach. It would be no exaggeration to say you fall out of bed and onto the beach. It is fabulous. Of course the apt is very comfy, well supplied and well appointed with a "tropical retreat" feel. Note: Owners' are a joy. "

"I didn't use the pool, it was too cold for me. It was also "winter" and they probably don't heat it. The room and entire condo building were very clean. The host was really easy to communicate with. It was great to have a balcony to sit outside the room privately. There is a sunset over the trees. The downside of this unit is the water filtration system being just yards away and the smell can waft into the unit when the door is open or when enjoying the balcony. There are a lot of tropical trees/bushes so it's like looking at a garden, which is pleasant. When I arrived there were some key items not working and the host addressed them quickly. Other than that, I enjoyed the unit, felt safe as a single woman with the secure building. The beach is right out the back of the building, which was lovely to sit on or take long walks in either direction. Also the restaurant, LAROC, was great. All the staff at Coral Beach were fantastic."

"Beautiful condo steps to best beach on Grand Bahama Island. All amenities and bed was more comfortable than ours at home. Host available to answer any questions. Many restaurant choices within walking distance. We will definitely rent this condo again in future."
