Other things to note The Town of Williams is a beautiful hidden gem on your way to the Grand Canyon. Beautiful Williams is unique in many ways. Williams has both high desert and in certain areas beautiful tall Ponderosa Pines. We are surrounded in Ponderosa Pines. Williams water table is extremely low. Therefore Williams is mostly hauled water. All areas of Williams need to have water trucks fill our water tanks to provide you with water. You will find a small shed next to the cabin, that's our water shed, where our water tank is, that provides you with water. With that said, please be mindful of the water you use. Please don't waste water. Thank you!

I have reached out to bot the Host & VRBO and am very disappointed as I have been completely ignored. This home advertised AC....NO AC... they had a coulpe wall plug in fans up in a closet we had to plug in where we were to try and stay cool. We stayed there over July 4th weekend and it was HOT!!!! We had to spend a large amount of money we could not afford eating out and for activities away from the cabin to keep our 6 children comfortable. In the evening my kids were so scared and uncomfortable going to sleep because we saw roughly a dozen mice run right through the living room and kitchen. The stairs and railings to enter the front and rear of the home were falling apart or loose making is very unsafe for my young children. Ive sent messages to the host during out stay and after and not a single response for a refund. Will be contacting our credit card company along with leaving this review.
My husband and I were hoping to take our friends visiting from NYC on a wilderness adventure. We arrived at the cabin, the front porch is falling apart, there is evidence of a rodent problem everywhere (traps all over the interior and exterior of the cabin, we woke up to mouse droppings every morning in the living room and kitchen, and a dead mouse in the laundry room was our departing gift). 20 minutes after check in the host messages that this is a fire free home, no fire pit, no bbq, no smoking or we’ll be fined $1500? I’m uncertain what the point of staying in a cabin in the woods is if you can’t bbq or sit around a fire pit after hiking around the Grand Canyon all day, but if this info had been shared in the listing we wouldn’t have booked it. The cabin is also listed as 1.5 baths with 2 showers. Had we known 4 adults would have to share a shower with no fan for 3 days, again, I would have never booked this cabin. We had a fantastic trip to the Grand Canyon, but wish we were supplied with more accurate information about this property when booking. We definitely would have chosen to stay elsewhere. The neighbors also don’t seem onboard with this being a short-term rental. Someone was up every day using power tools at 7a. Super peaceful vacation.
I followed all the rules and the owner still charged me 200 extra for bringing a dog that I did not bring. When I told him I have proof of my dog staying else where he said there was extra hair so now the 200 was an extra cleaning fee. I already had everything paid in advance even a cleaning fee and he still charged me extra. I asked a picture of the hair and he did not provide any. We even made extra effort to pick up after our selves. Then after taking 200 out of my deposit he still sent me another notification for another 200! Not to mention the bunk beds were way too small to even fit my daughter so she had to sleep on the couch because they were the size of toddler beds. Sleeps 6 is not accurate completely accurate unless you have 2 little ones. The cushions outside were also torn up by animals so we couldn’t sit on the patio. It’s too bad it was a bad experience because it is in a very cute area. We might have been back had he not scammed us. I spent over 1,000 for a one night stay, ridiculous!
