"Sia did her best with check-in. Which was through a virtual machine. There is no security or front desk staff on location in real time.
We asked for a room on the first floor because I have a hip injury. Sia assured me that the room was on the first floor despite the number being in the 200's. Upon finding the room, it was in fact on the second floor and there are no elevators. Normally I would go back and ask again but while parking and unloading we were made very uncomfortable by a group of creepy men who were drunk outside in the parking lot.
They offered to move us rooms because those men are "guests" and they knew whom we were speaking of right away. Which made me think they have had problems with them bothering other guests before this. We requested help moving rooms so we would feel safe moving rooms. They stopped responding at this point. When we inspected the room we noted some serious concerns. One being that the second lock is broken off the door, the peep hole is covered from the outside, broke chairs, broken smoke detector, and what looks to be blood splatter on the wall.
Overall, a terrible and scary experience for us."
