Quaint
We stayed here with our family of 6 for two nights and it was the perfect size. It is quiet, everything is well-maintained and it is a great place to crash after spending the day at the Grand Canyon. It is rural and high efficient, so be aware it has internet, but it was sometimes better to just use our cell phone service and the water pressure is low in the sinks (the shower was okay). The property managers were great and very clear in their instructions and communication was never a problem.

Perfect tiny house get a way
Great little place close to Tusayan and Grand Canyon. It’s far enough off the main road to feel like you are away from the busyness. Super clean, great communication /directions. Can’t wait to come back!

Very considerable option within close proximity to Grand Canyon
Homey feel at this tiny house. Very comfortable setting and only about 25 minutes to the Grand Canyon National Park south rim gate. Host was very communicative.

Great, convenient and inexpensive place to stay 15-20 minutes from the Grand Canyon One item to be aware of is the two or three minute drive on gravel and dirt roads to get to the house, but we thought the slight inconvenience was worth the value and trade off in price. Slept 4 adults and a teenager comfortably and well

Grand Canyon vacation
This tiny house was great. It was very clean and comfortable. It is only a 20-30 minute drive to Grand Canyon. Watch out for elk and deer along the way!! I gave 4 star for neighborhood only because there is a lot of cars coming and going during the night.
