We took a family vacation to the Grand Canyon for spring g break. We chose to stay here and it was perfect for our needs. The place is beautiful, stunning views, clean, and stocked with everything you need. We would definitely stay here again
Great hosts who were always available with tips on “can’t miss hikes”, safety practices and good local food. The house was like home - with everything we forgot, even spare toothbrushes! Quiet location with great outdoor spaces. Kids loved it!
We have absolutely enjoyed our stay here! It's very close to all the popular attractions which made our travel easier. The cabin itself is warm and welcoming; the beds were comfortable, the blankets were cozy and soft, the kitchen was fully stocked with everything you could need for cooking, the couch was comfortable while we warmed up from the chilly weather. Overall a beautiful and amazing place to stay. Will definitely keep this saved as a place to come back to in the future.
We had a lovely stay. We absolutely enjoyed the location. The house is well equipped and very clean. We felt home right away. The train passing by very frequently was disturbing in the night but gladly the kids were not bothered with it.
This cabin was not only super close to our destination (Bearizona) but it was nestled back in a cute neighborhood of pines, yet plenty of room to feel secluded and let the kids roam. We brought 9 of us ranging from 1-72. The rooms and sleeping areas worked perfectly. My older mom had a room to herself downstairs, my babies slept in their pack n plays upstairs, my 6, 10, and 17 year old had comfy spots up in the loft area while we enjoyed a private bedroom, and they still had extra sleeping options. The flooring was clean and smooth for our crawler. The cabin was super cozy with nice mattresses, couch and fuzzy throw blankets. One of the porches has a fence around it along with a gate to enclose it...which is the sole reason we rented this cabin...we have a 2 year old eloper. Everything about this cabin worked perfectly for our family.
Love how cozy and spacious the place was owners were so attentive and responded quicker when needed help! I would love to stay again and definitely recommending friends and family!
We had a great stay at Cajun Cottage. The cabin was beautiful and fully stocked. We came with friends drove to bearizona and the Grand Canyon and came back to enjoy the fire pit and cozy cabin. Check in was a breeze.
We loved the Cajun Cottage with its NOLA Saints theme. Comfortable little cottage with amazing outdoor areas with cornhole boards, cards and games for entertaining. Close to all Grand Canyon experiences and Williams was a fun town to eat drink shop and be merry!
Some positive things about this cabin is perfect for family and is very clean and well organized. Some cons are the train noises nearby that comes very often and the road to the cabin is not paved and your car will most likely get dirty. Over all love the area and had a great time!
This property was rustic but clean and nicely kept up. It is definitely not friendly to people with any kind of knee issues or disability. The kitchen was equipped with most things, dishes, cups, silverware, cooking supplies. There was a nearby train that went through every 15-30 minutes all night long which made it difficult to get to sleep. Over all it was a nice place, far from the hustle and bustle of a city but still close enough to nearby towns and only an hour from the Grand Canyon.
Great cabin with easy drive to Grand Canyon South Rim
A very fun and comfortable cabin with easy access to I-40. The kids appreciated the board games & outdoor games. We had trouble getting the downstairs TV to work, but we honestly didn't have time to watch it anyway.
A couple of things to note: some of the areas lack privacy. One of the sleeping areas is partitioned via a curtain, but a couple of the extra ones are not in a room. Also, the barn door on the master bathroom leaves a gap when closed, so it does not provide total privacy.
Also, the property is near a train track, and trains go by on a regular basis. It did not bother us, but if you're a light sleeper you may notice.
Overall, we loved the cabin, and the hosts were very responsive. He tried to help us troubleshoot the TV issue, but we ended up not needing it anyway.
