The staff were generally friendly, although we did overhear a conversation where one member of staff was the opposite of friendly. Otherwise, staff were just wonderful. Our room was roomy ... the bed was a dream. Haven't slept so well for years. It is expensive, but the breakfast was worth every cent!"

There was limited and very tight parking at the hotel, but the sister hotel car park is only a short walk away. The friendly staff and great food also added to a fantastic stay in Erfurt."
