If you're looking for a relaxing all inclusive resort, Zoetry Curacao is the place to stay! Staff is very friendly and helpful, and will answer any questions you may have. Food and have plenty options. You also have access to Dreams resort which they provide transportation too. Definitely recommend staying here! 10/10.

Loooooved the staff, super friendly, helpful, incredibly helpful with multilingual abilities. One day the food wasn’t great, I got a bunch of old lettuce pieces and a completely different plate simply because some menu options weren’t available. Would’ve been nice to know as I was placing my order to change my choicebut instead they brought me a different plate. Besides that lunch and dinner, food was excellent.

I would not recommend this resort to anyone. We checked in February 2024 and stayed for 6 days. The spa was even a complete mess. Absolutely, no customer service down right rude at times. We had to ask for everything to be restocked in our room towels, coffee, toilet paper, etc. We even had to ask them one night to clean our room. Drinks and food was at least an hour wait if not longer. Under staffed. Hyatt needs to clean house and hire new management. Extremely disappointed. The one person I need to brag on is the bartender Latoya. She was so pleasant & helpful.

The stay was overall amazing except at 4am a maintenance man entered the room with a key card. I reported it to security and they simply said he made a mistake. Granted it was an accident but it was no the less terrifying. They did nothing to rectify his mistake.

The property was fabulous! It was absolutely beautiful. The staff was less than adequate. Our fridge was rarely refilled, our room took hours to be cleaned and it took an average of 40-45 minutes to get waiter to take our order. When we asked for better service, it actually made service worst ( retaliation ). We complained again to front desk but it did not help despite their efforts. We enjoyed the property and the poolside bartender immensely. Housekeeping and wait service was terrible. We did have access to Dreams, romantic dinner was excellent. Casino staff was rude and unfriendly. At Zoetry, bars closed early or never opened at all. Really ugly attitudes by staff. Probably will never go back, we paid premium rates and was treated horribly overall.

This property and staff were amazing. It’s a small, intimate setting so you don’t have a ton of dining or bar options on the site. However you can visit the Dreams resort next door anytime you want and have many more options. The pool and private beach are great as well. We felt safe everywhere we went on and off resort. Curacao is an underrated destination in my opinion and we will tell friends and family about the island the Zoetry resort in particular.

The property is very well maintained and the staff is super friendly. We were upgraded to a beautiful suite when we arrived and booked a excurision here at the property which was better value. The staff is very friendly and some are very hilarious. Being able to use the dreams property across the street is awesome as well. The private beach that is a 5 minute golf cart ride away is like your very own oasis with only a few people who use it. When dining or doing things here be understandable that this is a vacation, things move at island pace so just relax and enjoy your time, no need to rush. Food here and at Dreams especially for dinner meals was actually amazing like a 4 star restaurant.

The first day at the property there was no electricity. The pool was filthy and wasn't cleaned until the 4th day of my stay. Dining on the property is limited and the wait times for food was in excess of 45 minutes. Everyday they seem to run out of something (bottled water, syrup, alcohol) The resort touts itself as a 5 star resort but in my opinion was maybe a three. The staff had great attitudes and attempted to accommodate as best they could under the circumstances.

The hotel (Zoetry) looked nice, but looks can be deceiving . The room was not cleaned very well as well as other areas around the hotel. We left a cup and plate outside from room service which stay outside for two days. The cup was knocked over and no one cleaned up the spill which left ants by the door. I had to take the cup and plate to the bar since no one never picked it up. The food was tremendously lacking and the wait times were to long. When we first arrived around 3 something we were told to go to the pool area for food. We had to wait 2 hours to get some drumsticks, fries, Caesar salad, hamburger, and spring rolls. We had to then go get our own drink from the bar, which was another 30 minute wait. The night of anniversary we once again had to wait an hour for the starter/appetizer. Which by the way two other guests that set down sometime after us received food before us. I mention this to our server, which she basically ignored us. First off, there were very little food options for this place to be a 5 Star Resort (All Exclusive). We have been to a lot of different countries and hotels which had more food options. Secondly, the bars lacked consistency in service and manners. It appeared that the staff was very young and inexperienced in basic hospitality. Third the overall customer service was the worst we have ever experienced . The workers are very rude and would basically ignore you speaking to them. The staff acted like we were bothering them.

Zoetry is a very relaxing and quiet place. It's not a party scene, which is exactly what I was looking for. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The spa was probably the highlight of my trip. I was very pleased with the ambiance of the resort, as well as the attentiveness to making sure the guests were happy. If I wanted to see a little night life, I was able to go to their sister resort, and I really liked that flexibility. I would highly recommend staying here - it was well worth it for me!

I chose to celebrate my 40th in Curaçao at the Zoetry and it was quite a whirlwind experience. When I arrived the property was immaculately kept. I told the staff that I was celebrating my birthday and they added they would do “something special” for me in honor of my birthday. The first day was off to a good start. The second night as I was walking into my suite I noticed a large water bug/roach crawling on the floor. I called the front desk and asked if someone could kill it but instead was brought insect repellent (not bug spray) and was handed the bottle to kill it myself. The third night I walked in to be greeted by another large roach on the wall. I called yet again to the front desk and after 15 mins someone I called a friend staying at the hotel to graciously come kill it. As I waited for them I saw a second large roach run across the floor. It was like the room was infested. I finally had to ask to be moved to another room. The night shift manger wasn’t very accommodating and I had to go up to the office to demand I be moved that night. I had the maintenance guy come assist with moving my things and I was moved to a much smaller room but thankfully I didn’t see any critters for the remainder of my stay. Unfortunately I didn’t get to enjoy the “upgraded” room because it was infested w/ roaches. I had to leave the suite on the night of my birthday which btw I never received anything “special”. Toya was the most amazing part of my trip. She offered 5 star service!
