Budget place in Curacao

Amazing owners and manager. This is a budget place in a safe area. Close to shops and cafes. The property is private and secure. You should rent a car. However there are public transport nearby, but being Curacao this can be time consuming.

Oude, verwaarloosde voorziening.

Bij het zien van deze oude, vieze toestand, zonk ons de moed in de schoenen. Vieze slaapbank in de kamer, nauwelijks verlichting. Er hing 1 handdoek over een rekje, toen ik deze pakte, brak het rekje af. Hetzelfde met de douche, deze kwam bij aanraking naar beneden. Alleen koud water, geen eaterkoker, geen fohn, een koffieapparaat zinder stroomvoorziening ( moest in de kamer op de grind gezet worden) Slecht bed, twijfelaar voor 2 personen) Airco mocht alleen ,s nachts gebruikt worden! We hebben beslote meteen Expedia te bellen en on te boeken. Vanwege het tijdsverschil kon dit niet meer dezelfde avond , dus we zijn 1 nacht gebleven en zijn de volgende ochtend meteen weggegaan . De eigenaresse was niet aanwezig, maar haar moeder was alleraardigst en had veel begrip voor de situatie. Vond het zelf ook de sterren niet waard.

Close to track and field stadium

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Quite affordable if on a budget and if comfort isn't priority. No hot water, no telephone and on our day of departure, we had no electricity. We also had few encounters with cockroaches.

simple clean and spacious

I only stayed one night was spacious,simple and clean with excellent security. Insel airlines changed our flight from 10 am to 9pm and our host who was very nice allowed us a very late check out as they didn't have the apartment booked for the next night. (side note do not fly insel air)
