The chalet was clean spacious and located among trees with lots of shade and a nice bush walking trail. The Property Manager was helpful and friendly.

Great location although i beach view. The unit was well appointed and very modern. Highly recommended this for a weekend getaway or a place for multiple families to hang out. Very nice place.

This hotel is nice. We stayed in a basic room. There is no housekeeping service for the time we stayed which was 3 nights. The little freezer compartment was iced over and we couldn’t fit anything in it. So we got no new towels or amenities for 3 days. When we came to check out at 9 am when the office opened the man at the desk said the credit card machine wouldn’t be online for 15mins. We needed to go so we left credit card details to be charged, a different card from the original deposit card. Today we find the original card has been charged and for the full amount, even though a one third deposit was paid. I found the staff member on the desk to be quite flippant when dealing with him and didn’t seem to care much. If the credit card machine isn’t online for 15 minutes then turn it on 15 min before you open up at 9am.

An amazing stay. Our Room 15 was perfect. Could be a little more room in the dining area although it was a busy long weekend. Evening entertainment was fantastic.
