Clean as a whistle!

The room was clean and updated. The bed was very comfortable. There was no musty smell from the room or air conditioner, which is so often the case down the shore. I appreciate that the room was clean and fresh. I would stay here again, maybe try another type of room.

This was a nice place for the cost. It is close to the beach and some eateries. The pool is refreshing when you come back from the beach It is quiet and the staff does a nice job.

It was pretty cool overall. The bbq area made it so much better. The owner was a bit too tight, but it’s ok. Our last day he said you can use the pool up to 12pm and park up to 1pm. I mean,, come on… The motel was completely empty, and he still followed these rules.

Older hotel in good condition. Very clean and upkeep good. Checked in late and although there was a keurig in the room there was no coffee. Sign said available in office for .25 Office not open at night or early morning so no coffee! Should give you at least one or two to start Also charge for ice

Clean and well maintained.

I've been going to Wildwood Crest on and off since the early 1960s. The Blue Water Motel is a motel from that era. It all looked so familiar to me. The room we stayed had fresh paint, fresh carpet, I believe new bathroom tile. It was just a little tight, but nothing terrible. The furniture looked like it was relatively recently purchased. The room, the grounds and the pool are kept very clean. For my wife and me, this is an ideal beach hotel. It was a good price and it is a short walk (single digit number of minutes) to the beach. It takes longer to walk from the start of the beach to the water than to walk to the beach from the motel. The room has a Keurig coffee maker for which I had bought a few dozen store brand K-cups. I also brought a stack of paper coffee cups so my wife and I could drink our normal morning coffee. We will probably go back around the same time next year for another 3 night mid week get-away.

Great spot for my family and I! My wife and 2 have been going to the Blue Water for years and are always satisfied with our stay. Friendly staff, great hospitality, and the kids love the pool and close proximity to the beach!

Absolutely would stay here again. The owners are amazing and very hospitable. There is outdoor space and a nice pool. The rooms aren’t the Ritz but you are a block away from the beach and a great pool and services. My family enjoyed our time there
