"It was still off season so it wasn't crowded. But on our last night there a man was talking so loudly on the phone to a woman on speakerphone. It was right outside on room at midnight. Not sure if he was a guest or staff. Sleep totally shot. The bed was just a bit to soft. But everything else was fine."

"Everything was in good condition except one of the burners on the stove and the microwave was hard to open. There was a huge ladder blocking the entrance of the room. The place was clean and allowed me to check in after hours which was greatly appreciated! Nice friendly staff!!"

"We only received one key. The front desk woman said she will give us the second key later the first night. Never found the key. We had 3 people in the room a second key would've been handy"

"We had a problem with the heat not coming on but it was quickly fixed. The water in the bathroom sink never did get warm, but the water in the shower eventually got hot enough. The staff and management were very kind, however, and worked to fix the heat problem."

"The check-in process was sketchy. The owners own multiple hotels in the area and while I reserved a room in one hotel, I ended up in a different hotel altogether. The room was great and had everything I needed. The staff were friendly and helpful. There was a technical glitch with the TV caused by a previous resident who had brought his own firestick and failed to reset the input source before they left. Overall the room at the BelAir (where I ended up) was top notch."

"I wish I could live there. It’s small but mighty. Perfect for me. Open and sunny. Had everything I needed in the kitchen. It had all the paper goods needed too, as well as coffee and tea. Many kinds. The bed was so comfortable. Good water pressure. I booked while it was still early in the season so at times it was chilly outside but there is heat and air conditioning and extra blankets.
