"The pictures look great on the site. But in real life the room was so gross we almost left. Holes in the flooring, holes in the bathroom door. The place was a dive. When they painted, they didn’t bother to tape stuff off. They didn’t bother to take the curtains down, paint is down the curtains. We slept very little, people yelling and making noise all hours of the night. Hallway carpets smelled of pee. Our bed sheets were clean however and that is why we stayed. The tub and bathroom was clean. The coffee pot had no cover on top and was gross and dusty inside. We plan to never return."

"Our stay is always good to great at and La Quinta we stay at. Although this property is older it was clean and well maintained. Other people on the floor were loud past hrs it was something out of the staffs hands."

"It would have been useful to have poop bags in dog potty area, it was empty so people weren't picking up after their dogs. I was there 3 nights and they never checked to see if I needed clean towels or if my room needed freshening up. Other than that the room was very clean with comfortable beds with large pillows! Great breakfast options."

"This property is horrible. It’s filthy, damaged, and all around disgusting. The one desk person on an extremely busy weekend was nice enough."

"Room seemed nice enough when we entered. However when it came to the main purpose for getting a hotel room--getting a restful sleep after a hard day of travel--this place completely fails. First we chose this hotel partly for the on-site restaurant and bar, but the restaurant closed at 9, and the bar closed at 10, so we had to go somewhere else. Useless. The worst though is the sleep experience, or rather the experience of not sleeping. First, their cheap shower soap gave my wife a rash. The mattress is only slightly more comfortable than sleeping on a hard floor. The sheets are the cheapest, roughest polyester sheets I've ever seen. I have eczema, so I got to sleep in my clothes to avoid my skin contacting these awful sheets as much as possible. Between that and the back killing mattress, I'm leaving this review instead of getting the sleep I really need right now. I'd have been unsatisfied with this room at half the price, but considering what we paid to stay here, it's truly egregious. I'll never stay at a Best Western again."

"The hotel was very clean. It had plenty of parking, and the staff was friendly. The complimentary coffee, tea, and hot chocolate in the lobby was nice to have access to as well. If in the area again, we will stay here."

"We had to find a alternate route to get to the hotel. Main road was blocked for construction. Would have been nice to have warning. Showers are extremely loud when using it or the person above you showers. Tub bottom is not supported. Room 206."

"This place was incredible for the two of us visiting family in Caldwell. Excellent area, spectacular sunsets! "
