New tastefully decorated house with enough room to sleep 8! Every detail has been from the plush mattresses to fully stocked kitchen has been carefully selected for you! Park in our spacious garage and relax in a clean, modern space with a large sectional sofa, smart TVs and playroom for kids with an option of becoming a 4th bedroom. Quiet and far enough from the noise, but only 3-4 minutes to the freeway, shops and restaurants in Nampa and 3.5 miles to the College of Idaho.

Spacious and Comfortable House

We had 7 adults plus a one-year old stay here for 4 nights while we visited family in Caldwell. It's a newer one-story house that is clean, spacious, and comfortable. We were able to park two vans in the garage. Our grand-baby loved the playroom and teepee and was attached to the toy firetruck the whole time. Internet worked great. We had a wonderful stay.

It was fine

Our stay was fine for what we needed it for. We were in town for state basketball and this property was as literally 5 min from the gym and that was a huge plus for us. From just a surface level the house looked clean and well taken care of. We have 2yr old twins so I was looking for something under the couch and could see that there was food crumbs under the couch from whoever was there before us. One of the instructions was to run the dishwasher if we used dishes which we did. Once we ran the dishwasher you could tell that the garbage disposal didn’t work or was broken because the dishwasher was backing up into the sink making it very dirty. Everything was fine.

A Sweet Little House

We were very comfortable in this house and overall we enjoyed the stay. There were some maintenance issues that detracted from our vacation somewhat, but the host was highly responsive and took care of the issues as best she could from a distance. I would definitely stay there again.

Clean Home, Great Neighborhood

The home was very clean & beautifully furnished. Olga was responsive and communicative to our needs. If we let her know anything was lacking, she'd quickly send a delivery with added extras. One thing to be aware of when planning your trip is that there are only 3 bedrooms with doors, the 4th is open to the hallway. It works fine as long as privacy isn't needed. Also, there is not quite sufficient seating space in the living/family room for everyone if you have a full-sized group, but there are nearby kitchen chairs than can be moved into a large open space for extra seating. But, if you have anyone in your group who is disabled & requires a recliner, there is not one available, so this may not be a suitable place for them to stay. However, for an able bodied group, this place was perfect!

Great House and Location with one small issue...

The house, property, location, communication with property manager were all excellent. I would stay here again if I they promised to turn the AC on at least 3-4 hours BEFORE we arrive. When we arrived at the house, it was 89 degrees inside (outside was 100 degrees). We quickly unloaded our luggage, turned the AC up and left to find an air conditioned restaurant. After driving 9 hours to get there, we really just wanted a relaxing evening and had planned on doing dinner at the house after our arrival, but the heat was just too unbearable in the house. The 4 of us that stayed there are all over 60 years old and we always seek out places that have AC. We assumed the home would be cool upon arrival.

Nice clean close to Caldwell central area.

Would stay here again. The only thing I wish was different was more instructions on how to run TV, etc and directions on running thermostat. There were none ( a small book of instructions would have been helpful) A nice place to stay.

great house and location, but property wasn't cleaned fully when we arrived

This is a great house, good location close to businesses but in a quiet residential area. We arrived in the evening and found that the property had only been partially cleaned. We called Olga who offered to send the cleaning crew back, but it was late (after 9PM) and by the time she returned our call, we had cleaned the counters and stovetop, vacuumed, swept and taken out the trash. It would have been nice if she had offered to refund or partially refund the cleaning fee since we did a lot of the cleaning ourselves upon arrival. However, the house itself was nice, with good bedding, plenty of room and new. Renters should note that there are 3 bedrooms with doors and real beds, and the tepee room has a futon on the floor and no door so may not be appropriate as a bedroom in some cases. Overall, we would recommend this rental and would stay there again assuming that Olga will get the cleaning issue worked out. So many other reviews mention the cleanliness of the house, so I think our experience was an anomaly.
