"This hotel was so nice! It was super unique with its design, and we loved it for this reason. There was everything we needed in the room. I couldn’t figure out the electricity — you have to put the room key in a slot to get power! I’m sure they said this as I checked in with all of my jetlag LOL. The one thing that was super confusing was how to get from the train station to the hotel. The hotel staff was helpful when I called. There is an elevator on the street but it is frequently down. What is important to know is that a little further up the street, you can use the elevator in Primark which will take you down to the street level (there is a street above a street)…. and then cross the bridge. Or, there is an elevator near Dreamland, which can also help get you to the right level. The pool and sauna…. amazing. Beautiful… just so nice! It was nice and warm (not too warm) and had a really nice ambience. The sauna was very clean and was nice. I wish we would have stayed for 2 nights. This was a really, really nice place to stay, and so unique. "

"The hotel was fine for us, and though we couldn't check in early, we were able to use the Wifi while we waited in the lobby, and they securely stored our bags for us. The room was clean enough, but unfortunately the fridge was unplugged so unusable and the toilet seat was loose. I mentioned both issues to the reception at check out and assume they will be fixed. :) The staff we interacted with was helpful."

"Nice place. Make sure to double check your pod for small belongings left behind. I lost an AirPod ear piece , staff was not diligent in helping to find it. I felt that they could have done more but like they clearly said in an email response: it is my problem and they are not responsible."
