"When I arrived to check in, my reservation had mistakenly been given to someone else and there was initially no record of my booking. The staff took the time to investigate, found the issue, and resolved it quickly. As an apology for the inconvenience, they upgraded me to a suite, which was a nice gesture and greatly appreciated. While the check-in experience was frustrating at first, the staff handled the situation professionally and made things right."

"Since the change in ownership, my experience at this hotel has declined significantly. I have been a regular guest for more than two years and have seen a noticeable difference in both service quality and overall management. One of the most concerning issues has been unauthorized or unexpected charges appearing on guests' credit cards. When contacting the hotel for clarification, staff often seem unable to provide clear explanations or resolutions. Customer service and communication have become major areas of concern. The check-in process has also become increasingly inefficient, with wait times frequently exceeding 20 minutes. Additionally, there have been occasions where overnight staff appeared disengaged from their duties, creating an unprofessional impression for guests. Many of the long-term employees who helped make this hotel a welcoming place have either left or been replaced. The loss of experienced staff is evident in the day-to-day operation of the property and has contributed to a noticeable decline in service standards. As someone who has stayed here consistently for over two years, it is disappointing to see the direction the hotel has taken under the new ownership. Unfortunately, based on my recent experiences, I can no longer recommend this property and will be choosing alternative accommodations in the future"

"It’s close to the airport and the room was cheaper than the other hotels around that area. Check in was a hassle as their machine cannot seem to recognize my credit cards for the room deposits. When asked if I could use my debit card to pay for the deposit, they tried to charge $150 per night. Eventually had to ask the husband to use his credit card. We both have Mastercards, so not sure what’s wrong with my cards. Have had two bad experience at this hotel. May be will try somewhere else next time."
