Bedroom: Zip And Link Super Kingsize Bed (2 x Singles On Request)
Shower Room: Cubicle Shower, Heated Towel Rail, Toilet. Oil underfloor central heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Initial logs for wood burner included. Travel cot and highchair available on request. Welcome pack. Enclosed lawned garden with patio and garden furniture. Hot tub for 4 (private). 1 dog welcome, to be kept on a lead at all times (working farm). Private parking for 2 cars. No smoking.. Visit England ROSE award winner 2018

Renovated to an exacting standard and beautifully decorated with beamed high ceilings, wood burner, a delightful sun room overlooking the garden, not to mention the hot tub - you just might not want to venture further afield. If you can tear yourself away, Cumbria and the Lake District National Park is one of the most beautiful regions in the UK. The area has something to offer all visitors, from those seeking adventure, to those seeking peace and quiet. Not only is the Lake District National Park a short drive away, but from here it’s also easy to explore the great border city of Carlisle, Hadrian’s Wall and Scotland. Shop 4 miles, pub with restaurant 100 yards.

Beautiful cottage.
Beautiful cottage. Fantastic location. Very dog friendly with enclosed garden and dog bed, treats and bowls supplied. Quiet and lovely to have the hot tub to enjoy the view and stargazing at night. Wayne, the owner, was great and took on board a couple of suggestions we made. Will definitely book again.
