"Very small and cozy, family run RV Park and Motel. Great place for families, offering a wading and swimming pool, volleyball and badminton nets, basic soccer field, dedicated washer and horseshoe throwing pits and lots of grassed space for running around and playing. Great for adults too with bbq pits and picnic tables. Quiet at night for easy sleeping despite being right beside Highway 87. Homecooked breakfast on Saturdays encourages visiting with other people staying at the Park. Very clean and very helpful staff. I was very concerned when I turned on the shower for only a large "drizzle" to come out but when I switched it from the tub to the shower it came out very strong and hot. (I also would like to note that at one time we had 5 women taking showers and we never ran out of hot water. :D ) I will definitely be back and can give this place a very high recommendation. This place does not have a bidet - but you are in the country when you stay here, not Dallas!"

"Loved the location and it was perfect for my dogs! It’s such a beautiful spot! The host, Ryan, was very helpful when needed and responded quickly! There’s a recreation center about a two minute car ride away. This was nice to bring my kids to and it had a beach they could play in. We had a great time and would like to come back to this home!"

"House was in a nice location and very clean. Yard and lake were perfect for family time. Loved the kayaks! The bathroom layout is a little unusual... 2 separate toilet areas with the shower in a separate room in the middle. One bath is connected to a bedroom. Also the large bedroom with 2 beds has no door. Overall we enjoyed the property and our stay!"
