The entire place is absolutely beautiful. We had a king bed room on the 1st floor view of parking lot. I truly was able to relax while I husband was out. Love all of the channel options. Bed was hard but that i do not mind. Bottom of shower needs some TLC, tile cracking, and shower has several settings so that is nice. It seems like things were missing in our room like two holes on the headboard at each end. Both front door and back door seems to have swelled up and you really have to pull and or push to use. The view from the back of lobby is priceless. I will have to say, I believe it is the 18th hole so many people's gold ball was hitting the roof of our building and a couple more hit right beside us on bath walking to club house. Scary. All around we DEFINITELY will go back.

The air conditioning seemed to work only in the guest rooms. The hallways and common areas were uncomfortably warm. The elevator was also out of service during our stay, so we had to use the stairs. Additionally, breakfast was not complimentary as it is at many other hotels—we had to pay separately for a fairly standard hotel breakfast.

This resort is located right on toledo bend. It has a nice golf course with beautiful views. The pool was clean and refreshing. I especially enjoyed a wonderful facial with Brittany from the spa. I would definitely stay again!

Elevators were not working and have not been repaired for some time. It was painful for my disabled husband to climb up and down 3 flights of stairs. I understand it will be changing hands soon. It is a beautiful property. The elevators were the only downside.

Good rooms properly is beautiful. Front desk staff not very helpful. Elevators don’t function and they make no concessions for elderly or handicapped. Pool is beautiful but hot tub is not hot and sauna was not functional. Restaurant staff were friendly but ignored until you found your own seat.

This property is listed as a four star property online and that may have been true in 1990 but the condition of the property now is far from four star. This should be listed as a two star property currently due to the age of everything in the rooms. This hotel is far behind any other properties that I have stayed at in the past five years. If you stay here, be ready to step back into 1990. The most important thing that guests should know is that this hotel is not a four-star property, more like a two star property.

Hotel is dated but still nice and the grounds are beautiful. The indoor/outdoor pool is nice and I like that they have a sauna. Unfortunately, the hot tub was not working which I was looking forward to. Also, the elevator was not working and I was staying on the 3rd floor. The AC in the hallways was broken so it was hot carrying my luggage up 3 flights of stairs. The bed is comfortable but the rooms need a good cleaning and the windows were very dirty. I had to open and try to clean the outside of the window from the inside just to see out. They need to be pressure washed. The hotel doors are not locked at night which made me uncomfortable. Anyone could come in. The bar and restaurant were good and the staff were helpful when working with me to find a resolution. I will stay again if those things get fixed.

Am Abend geh es eine eingeschränkte Karte, weil der Koch nicht da war. Am Morgen gab es keine Omeletten, weil der Koch, der die Omeletten kann, nicht da war. Der Lift funktioniere nicht. Obwohl nur sehr wenige Gäste im Hotel waren, wurde ich in den dritten Stock eingecheckt, und musste somit den Koffer die Treppe hochtragen. Der Weg über den Golfplatz ist in einem schlechten Zustand, und es liegt an vielen Orten Abfall oder Gerümpel.

First of all, this is hardly a resort, but a super 8 with a nice view. That is discrediting super 8 because at least they have microwaves. I booked a King and was greeted to the handicap queen suite. Frustrating but whatever. I came in late and had bought a microwave dinner, only to be told that there is no microwave. Staff did not care that I wasn't in the room I booked or that they advertised microwaves and didn't have them. Be warned, you are 30 minutes one way from the nearest food, OR you can eat at their restaurant. Honestly the food wasn't bad. The bartenders were nice but the meal was easily 20% more than it should have been for Sysco food. The room we were in had a door that was off center, had to slam it to close. No water pressure out of those gross little hand held shower heads, and a spider in the room. I wish I was making this up. And the elevator is out, so if they put you upstairs be ready. Considering the location, it is about what I expected. The false advertisement is what galls me. If you just have to stay here, be prepared.

Das Hotelzimmer is geräumig und erfüllte alle meine Bedürfnisse. Auf den ersten Blick macht das Hotel einen "vornehmen" Eindruck, mit der Zeit konnte ich gewisse Enttäuschungen in den Bewertungen nachvollziehen. Es sind eher die kleinen Dinge. Am ersten Abend gab es nur eine eingeschränkte Speisekarte, am nächsten Morgen gab es keine Omeletten, weil der Koch, der die Omeletten kann, nicht da war. Das Personal in den Restaurants schien generell primär die privaten Pendenzen zu erledigen, bevor sie die Gäste bedienten. Der Weg durch den Golfplatz ist alt und renovierungsbedürftig. An vielen Orten auf dem Golfplatz liegt Abfall. Für mich war es Ok, wer einen langer Spaziergang machen möchte, kann den grenzen Golfplatz abmarschieren, das dauert und ist ganz nett. Oder man setzt sich draussen hin und geniesst die Seesicht.

Lacked staff support. This place had a great view but inside was definitely outdated however bed comfy so it was okay. They have and advertise two restaurants and both were closed the entire stay. Two days after check in there was a big ice storm and we lost power for 12 hours in freezing temperatures. The hotel did not have back up generators and not a single staff member checked on guests to ensure they were okay, check if anything was needed. Zero communication. Once power back on, streets still unsafe by ice and fallen trees and still no food in restaurants, we asked if we could exchange dollar bills for quarters to wash clothes in laundry room and they were not allowed to do that. Just an unpleasant time while being in town to celebrate our daughter’s baby shower. Weather is out of control but the lack of staff caring really put a bad taste in our mouth.

Had to hand wash clothes since they couldn’t exchange dollars for quarters to use machines. Couldn’t drive anywhere due to road closures and local businesses closed due to weather. SMH

Beautiful property overall. Nice hotel, great view out over the golf course and the lake. Peaceful place to hang out.
