"This is a beer basic hotel at a very cheap price. My hotel in Chiang Mai was the same price but much much better. This is a purely basic hotel. Not super comfortable, but comfortable enough. Needs major upgrading like a coat of paint and modern light bulbs. But once again, for the price, clean and does well for a few nights."
"Comfortable, clean room. Bathroom could use updating. There was a kettle but no coffee or tea, etc. available. in the room. Pool was cooler than we prefer and was located in a shaded area in the middle of the building. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Can't beat the location - short walk to the night market, the Clock Tower and lots of restaurants!"
"Property should be 3 star at best. Fake orange juice and cheap products for breakfast think they are dying as a hotel and trying to cut corners. No lifts. In need of a major refurbishment everything to old and a little run down. I can see it might have warranted a 4 star 10 years ago but by todays standards its not up to the quality of a 4 star or of 4 star service. Leaky bum guns. Lights that do not work. Old aircon systems. Bed was clean but linen marked."
"I don't know what it is (scam?) but I have never heard of a Hotel that closes at 8:30 and does not have check-in after 8:30 PM. When I finally saw (20 minutes after booking) that no one was allowed to check-in after 8:30 I tried to cancel and get my the money credited back to my card's account. They do not accept a cancellation, even 20 minutes after the booking because we would be arriving later than 8:30 due to plane schedule.
Be careful!
If you might arrive after 8:30PM, do not book...
