"Wir haben sehr spontan zwei Übernachtungen gebucht. Trotzdem hat alles reibungslos geklappt und es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Besonders toll ist der riesige Garten und die ruhige, zurückgesetzte Lage des Grundstücks. Gleichzeitig ist man quasi direkt am Bodden und erreicht Zentrum und Hafen von Wiek zu Fuß innerhalb von 3 min. Die Unterkunft ist gut ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Vielen Dank!"

"Rugen rentalWe were very disappointed with our rental experience. The house was very cold when we arrived although the heat was on. It appeared the house had not been occupied for some while, and the in-floor heat had only recently been turned on (perhaps the morning of our arrival?) and it took 2 days for the house to warm up. "We went to Rügen together with my in-laws, we were five grown-ups and four kids. All and all the house and surroundings were lovely. The house is super cute, and have all the stuff you need. "Schimmel, Dreck und dringend nötige Renovierungsarbeiten Bedauerlicherweise war unser Zimmer sehr abgelebt und dreckig. Das Bad war stark verschimmelt. Das Reinigungspersonal hat das Zimmer auch während unseres Aufenthalts nicht sorgfältig gereinigt. Die Fotos zeigen den Zustand der Räumlichkeiten exemplarisch. Der im Zimmerpreis enthaltene Zugang zur Splash-Therme konnte nur wenig über den Zustand des Zimmers hinwegtrösten. Denn auch die Therme müsste dringend renoviert werden."

If you allow late checkout on a Sunday then resource the cleaning schedule properly to allow the next guests to get in on time, OR DON’T OFFER A LATE CHECKOUT ON A SUNDAY - it’s really that simple! “Room not ready yet, come back at 4”, “room not ready yet, come back at 5 ‘if you’re lucky” WT actual ***k!? Then the cleaner took our dog bowl - why would you do that!? Messaged them twice to see if we could pick it up on the way back from our onward journey but they didn’t even have the decency to reply. Really good facility, but unfortunately it would appear that the management couldn’t run a bath, never mind a hotel. A real shame!"
