Just about 3 minutes from the fine-sand Baltic Sea beach, the complex features only a few residential units as well as a shared garden with a barbecue area. Each apartment has a designated parking space directly next to the accommodation. Additional paid parking spaces are available in the immediate vicinity. <br><br>The bright and cosy “Meeresrauschen” holiday apartment is located on the ground floor of the newly built building and sleeps up to 5 people. It features a spacious master bedroom with a double bed and access to the terrace, a children’s bedroom with a flat-screen TV and two single beds, a modern bathroom with a walk-in shower, and a large living/dining area with a sofa bed for one person, a flat-screen TV, and an open, fully equipped kitchenette. From the living area and the master bedroom, large floor-to-ceiling windows lead out to the east-facing, approximately 20-square-meter terrace with patio furniture. Here, you can, for example, start your day at the beach with a hearty breakfast or wind down the evening with a glass of red wine. For a carefree family holiday, the “Meeresrauschen” apartment also offers additional amenities such as free Wi-Fi and a multimedia corner with a Blu-ray player, Xbox, and a variety of films, books, and games. For social evenings, you can use the shared garden with a grill and seating area. The Baltic Sea is only about 80 metres away and can be easily and conveniently reached on foot, without the hassle of looking for parking.<br>Pets are allowed.
