"We loved the area. IT was quiet. The breakfast was wonderful. We asked about an Uber to the airport but were told they did not use them. They recommended their Taxi service which we booked for 4:30 am. When we came down early as asked it the taxi could come earlier they said no (did not even try) and that we would be charged a fee (the entire cost it turns out). We ended up getting an Uber in 5 min at a lower rate. "

"Staying here at the holiday inn was a pleasant surprise, quite unlike the holiday inns back in Canada. I expected a not too expensive but mediocre hotel, I found everything here was excellent. The staff were great, attentive and friendly, the atmosphere was comfortable and not stuffy like some hotels. The breakfast was a great deal, a good variety, with different dishes each day and well prepared. "Close yo subway.Very convenient to visit many places by subway or on foot. Very nice staff. I remember Jerry Bautista, Basim and Alberto who were very pleasant and helpful. The other staff were very polite and helpful including the gentleman who booked a ticket for concert for me. The room was spacious and cleaned nicely everyday. Organized e.g. ordered a cake and it came as promised or booked airport transport which was there on time. They just need to update their airport transport fee on...

"This is the first time we have been back since pre covid and the refurbishment. We love this hotel-the staff are fantastic and very helpful. It is close to all the transport links. Breakfast was included and was extensive. We will be back-that is for sure!"

"Great location next to a market for food and drinks, also plenty of restaurants and bars within very close walking distance. Nice sized room. Friendly staff who speak English to help with any questions. Nice breakfast. The only thing that was annoying (as I am a light sleeper) is that you can hear and feel the rumbles of underground trains passing under or very close to the hotel which woke me up at about 05.30 both mornings. "

"Room was spacious and clean. Only problem was the lack of air conditioning because the room was very warm! But there was a fan. Location was good, just outside of the Ring Street, which meant a half hour walk to everything touristy."

"The property is fake . One one there . They steel my money. I tried calling them more then 10 times no one answer. There isn’t front desk in the property. I knocked out the door then women said go away nothung here . I wasn’t alone , there were guys also had the same problem and they called the company who booked for then to return the money. I want my money back , otherwise I will ask the police to go to the property to check it out and catch the cookers . I spend more then 3 hours outside....
