Golf Course Views & Mountain Breezes - Your Perfect Condo Getaway

This luxurious upper-level two-bedroom, two-bath condo offers a gorgeous mountain view along with a golf course view including overlooking the 11th green here at Smoky Mountain Country Club. While enjoying the view on the deck, you can listen to the peaceful sounds of the stream running by down below. The primary bedroom has a king bed. Bedroom #2 has a queen bed and a twin bed.

This upper-level condo has 10’ ceilings in the bedrooms, bathrooms and kitchen and a 17’ vaulted ceiling in the dining & great room, accented by a wall of stone rising from the gas fireplace to the ceiling.

The master bath contains a single vanity set in a granite countertop and shower/tub combo. The guest bath has a marble countertop vanity and tiled walk-in shower.
The full kitchen features a gas range/oven, 25 cu ft side-by-side refrigerator, dishwasher, keurig duo coffee maker that takes both K cups and carafe pot filter coffee and microwave. The kitchen is fully- equipped, allowing you to cook any meals you desire to eat in. The spacious laundry room contains a washer and dryer.
The dining room, great room and bedrooms have hardwood floors, and the kitchen and bathrooms have slate tile floors.

Large HD Smart televisions are in the living room and both bedrooms. The condo is equipped with Wifi and central heat/air for your comfort and enjoyment.
The large (50’ long) view deck features both covered and uncovered areas. A grill is provided on the deck, along with a table and chairs for outdoor enjoyment.

No smoking is allowed in the condo.

Finally, this condo has an attached single-car garage that you can walk straight into the condo thru the door, requiring no steps to get in!
