Dog Friendly Mountain Cottage with WiFi and AC

With a large game room separate from the sleeping & living areas, your group will have plenty of room in this unique space. At the top of the cottage is the main bedroom outfitted with a king size bed, couch, and private bathroom. The living area includes a large TV, pull-out sofa, and a functional kitchen equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, fridge, and oven. The massive game room has a pool table, giant Scrabble, and lots of board games & books - you will always have something to do!

THINGS TO KEEP IN MIND:
- This space has many stairs and may not be accessible for all.
- Entire place is available to guests except the garage! Note that the garage may be accessed by owners during your stay WITH prior notice.
- We live about 1 minute down the road and can be available quickly if needed!
- Cellular service is spotty - you will likely need wifi to make calls/texts. You will receive wifi details of the cottage with check-in information.
- Driveway is on the left of Barkers Creek Road.
- We have a 12-foot gate at the beginning of the driveway that swings towards the road. Please be sure to close it each time you enter and leave.

PETS:
- Please feel free to use the Bark Park in the red gate to let your dog exercise! All pets must be leashed when outside the Bark Park.
- For the health and safety of our guests, dogs that stay with us must to be on a flea prevention. Thanks!
