Whitianga downstairs flat with car & boat parking close to beach
- Lovely 80 sq m, 2-brm flat, 5min walk to Buffalo Beach. 1 queen bed in 1 room; 1 dble & 2 sgle beds in 2nd room. Spacious bathroom. Kitchen incl dishwasher, microwave, little bench oven, elect frypan, toaster, portable dble hobb etc. Outdoor space with BBQ & backyard has outdoor table & chairs. Off street parking for a boat. Car park next to the flat. We have a young dog who is friendly. We try our best to keep her from visiting. No EV charging. (We live upstairs so you may see us when we go out)
