Thank you for your feedback. We sincerely apologise for your plumbing issues, we do our best to keep things flowing with regular use of drain cleaner. We do have hard water here in Whitianga and if the toilet has not been flushed for a few days it can cause a residue build up in the bottom of the toilet bowl, when we set the rooms up for occupancy we generally flush the toilets however on this occasion it appears we have missed this one. We hope you had an enjoyable stay in Whitianga and this hasn't put you off returning.

Hi There, each of our apartments have a washing machine and dryer. Sorry that you weren't able to find the washing machine in your apartment. We wished you had have come and asked and we could have directed you to it. The laundry doors are pull handles so you may have thought the door was locked. We hope you enjoyed your stay with us.

Hi Mary, sorry we have disappointed you. The apartment type that you had booked actually isn't advertised as having a view and the apartment that you ended up in was one of our large urban view apartments, for anyone else booking please read through all of our apartments types and book the one that suits your needs. Also with regards to the cupboard space, every room has at least one cupboard which aren't locked, they just have dummy door handles on them and to open them you only have to pull it and not turn it like a traditional handle. There are a total of 6 steps leading up to the elevator and yes some of the apartments have 7 stairs that lead down to them, we are always more than happy to help with luggage.
