"Excellent communication from host & easy check in with key lock. Room was spacious & comfortable for our family of 4. The only negative was that we hadn’t realised that bathroom would be downstairs, which resulted in the kids being a bit anxious about going on their own, as it’s a shared house and they weren’t comfortable wandering around the house on their own with strangers. "We arrived late at around 10pm and Aaron who was night staff was wonderful! My youngest son was still talking about how nice he was the next morning. The family room we were in had recently been redecorated with new carpet etc and was very clean and welcoming. Beds were slightly hard but others liked them. The walls are however paper thin and unfortunately the family next door woke up at 5am and played music. You can also hear people talking in the next room so be mindful."
