"Hampton Inn is an outstanding choice when staying in Abingdon. The place is conveniently located to downtown, fresh and very clean. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. One thing however, water pressure in the shower and the bathroom sink drainage were poor. I admit these issues might not be a deal breaker for you, but could be a point of frustration."

"Cereal was supplied with cost saving in mind as were the juices; quality and product rated an F clean room; nice amenities; cheap, cheap toilet tissue(don't look at case price, look at cost per traveler); anything that touches a guest should not be cheap and of poor quality as was your toilet tissue."

"Overnight stay to meet AT hiker friends. Cabin is lovely & perhaps the most well appointed accommodation I’ve seen. Comfortable beds, plenty of hot water. Appreciate the mini weather station, coffee/tea selection. Staff- manager, desk, & breakfast staff were WONDERFUL - so helpful & welcoming. Hope to stay again. "
