"My family of four stayed here for six nights and overall had a really nice experience. The owners were incredibly friendly and accommodating, and communication was great.I hadn’t realized when booking that the cabin is a guest house connected to the owners’ main home. It is mentioned in the “other notes,” but I missed it. It ended up being fine, although we did feel like we lacked a little privacy. We could occasionally hear music, TV, or the kids, but once our door was closed it was quiet,The guest house itself is beautiful—clean, modern, comfortable and very well stocked. The beds were extremely comfortable, AC was perfect, and the location less than 10 minutes from town was a huge plus.The only real disappointment for us was the lake. The beach area was nice with plenty of toys and tubes, but the water near shore was very weedy and mucky, so our family didn’t feel comfortable swimming. We rented the pontoon for a day and found better swimming areas, but at 150/day that wasn’t practical for the whole week. Obviously, lake conditions aren’t the owners’ fault, but swimming was a big part of what we envisioned for our vacation and the pics made it look pristine. Overall, the cabin itself is easily 5 stars. If swimming right from the beach and complete privacy aren’t priorities, I would absolutely recommend it"

"Nice location on a quiet lake. House is supplied with everything you need and more. Only gripe was a couple rooms just had fans and didn’t have AC which made them pretty warm to sleep in. Otherwise, it’s an excellent place to stay with a large group!"

"This was a lovely property with great communication from the host. The cabin had fresh decor, was clean and had plenty of space. The EV charger helped us a lot. We also loved the beach, kayaks, paddleboat, pontoon and bonfire. The host added special touches to really make our experience memorable. Thank you!"
