"This place goes downhill every single year. We stay with a group for Christmas for the last 15 years. Wallpaper is peeling, you are charged for a “resort fee” but the pools aren’t even always working. Dining is subpar. Rooms are very dated and getting worse every year. I think it’s time for our family to move on from thumper pond. "

"Stayed here over a long weekend with my wife on a winter getaway. This place was everything we were looking for. From the saunas to the hot tub everything was amazing and help provide a quiet relaxing weekend away to read and unwind. Josh was an amazing host. Was always quick to respond and help with anything we had questions on. We've used VRBO for years and I'll say Josh was the most gracious and responsive host we have ever had. Thanks for such an amazing weekend."

"View is nice as well as the property. Enjoyed bonfires and the amenities were great. Easy check in and there was an issue with the refrigerator leaking that was resolved during our 2nd week. Overall a wonderful stay."
