"The building is amazingly charming with odd angles and rustic hallways. There was one working elevator (of 2), and it didn't work for one afternoon of our stay and we were on the 7th floor."

"Location was great, subway was just a block or 2 away. Staff was great. 20 minute walk to a few of the museums. As for the room, there were 2 red jellybeans on the floor by the beds. Even after 1 night and housekeeping came, they were still there. Sink had chips/crack, visible stains on carpet. Bathroom was clean, but those details took away the quality that was expected. Pillows were too big or bulky, not comfortable to sleep on. "

"The decor in hotel is Beautiful, it’s very clean, it has great amenities, the bar and lobby area is a nice place to meet up with friends. The views from the hotel rooms are great and it’s easy to walk to restaurants and close to museums. I’ll stay here again."
