Business license # 00026187 has been renewed to Feb 2026, luxury legal suite around 980 sqft built in 2020 with 9’ high ceiling, two bedrooms, two full bathrooms, full kitchen with Refrigerator with cold water & ice maker, stove, oven, microwave, living room with sofa & single sofa, coffee table & side table, ,in suite laundry room, eating area with solid wood dining table and 4 chairs, , dishwasher, sink, coffee maker, hot water kettle, dishes, plates, cups, wine glasses etc. separated ventilation system. Need to downstair to sunken deck to access the suite. No wheelchair accessible. Portable BBQ, high chair & standard baby crib with mattress & coverlet based on request. Free Tire inflation if need!

Very nice place on the inside. Having to enter the property from the back was unexpected and being below ground level made it hard for air flow with no A/C. Host was very good with communication and it was a nice place to stay

Very nice light and bright basement suite in a nice quiet neighbourhood. We were on town for a track meet and it was just a 2 minute drive to South Surrey Athletic Park. It was also minutes from groceries and restaurants and White Rock beach. We were very happy with our stay, could have used a few more towels and bedding but other than that we had everything we needed!

A great stay!!!!

The location to the main beach/Marine drive where the restaurants are was perfect. A beautiful walk to the end of the pier or a 8 uber. The suite was spacious and nice. Close to gas station and Save on Foods. Quiet neighbourhood. The host was available if necessary (but didn’t need him) and very easy to work with. A great place and will definitely consider renting again if we have the opportunity to go back.

The property was lovely. Jim was quite to get us what we asked for (a broom) I don’t think there’s enough kitchen utensils. That’s just my opinion. We bought a flipper to stay there but otherwise it was a great stay

Great Location and Space

We booked this place for a weekend while we were there for a soccer tournament. The location was perfect for us since it was pretty close to the fields. It was also nice to be close to the beach area. The accommodations were comfortable and clean, and the property owner answered all our questions promptly and politely. Would definitely stay here again! Only (minor) issue was finding the entrance. It's around back, so it feels a little strange to walk into someone's yard.

Great location and host

What a great place to stay. Jim lives upstairs with his family and would respond to our requests or questions in a prompt time. He brought was a few extra chairs to sit on for outside when he noticed we hung out on the patio. The place is few blocks from the busy White Rock pier and shops and great restaurants. I would definitely recommend staying here.
