Overall, it is a good stay. The property is securely behind gate. Very quiet place. Room seems average. The good thing is the full kitchen. I was able to boil some eggs. The fridge made some noise. So I turned it off. Bathroom seems adequate. I'd probably rate it at 4.2. Decent location. Good staff and average room condition.

Excellent value

This guest house offers excellent value for the money. If you do not need room service then its the hotel to stay at as rooms offer quality of Protea or Chill at half to one third the price. Nice and quite with a well maintained pool steps out the door of the room. Highly recommend.

Ottima sistemazione appena fuori dalla cittadina di White River, tranquilla e spaziosa. The stay was perfect

The stay was perfect. I was Ilanda hotel with my family and my children looked like more happy than Kurger Park. As I heard, Ms. Mildred welcomed us very much and hosted us very well. Only what I can recommed to this hotel is that the staff should be trained more.

Was welcomed at gate! Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was clean and lovely. We came in very late at night and the heater was switched on which was a very pleasant surprise! Will stay there again.

Amazing, Comfortable, Cozy and freshly renovated!

The owner Mildred was an absolute gem! She was helpful from the moment we got there and was so easy to get in touch with! The location is perfect if you are planning a visit to Kruger park. The rooms are bed and breakfast style (however the owner stays at another location onsite) with a breakfast-kitchen open area. Everything is brand new and renovated. Really cozy beds. Would definitely go back, amazing value for price!

Awesome facility and staff.

Proprietor Mildred has built a first-class establishment with very helpful and friendly staff. The guest house is in a quiet, natural environment, just right for exploring Kruger National Park and many more wonderful sites. Mildred takes a personal interest in every one her guests. Just a marvelous place with a great pool and lots of indoor and outdoor lounging areas.

Could not have had it better!

A warm welcoming from Midred who picked me up herself at the airport of cost of R250. Mildred and her family did more than expected for a perfect vacation. Always around to help with anything that i needed. Mildred and her son Cat even took time to take a few hours walk with me in the beautiful area. If you want to get away frome the city, relax and enjoy nature, it's the perfect place. The rooms are spacios, clean and has all the basic things in the pentry to make a meal. Breakfast was good, and it was no trouble asking if i wanted something extra. There is a nice pool where you can relax on hot days. There is also a wonderful little treehouse by the lake to sit and relax. I highly recommend this place. The downside is that i could of been there longer! Thanks Milred, Kat and Janin for 5 wonderful days at Ilanda

Ilanda's OASIS

Ilanda's Guest house was Absolutely BEAUTIFUL!! Very clean & comfortable. A little OASIS, feel like you're in a resort but yet at home. You couldn't ask for a nicer place to stay. The host was very tentative to our every need. Excellent service, great value, great location, only a 40 min drive to Kruger main gate. Will definately visit Ilanda's home again.
