Great apartment in a great location

The communication with the letting agent was poor. After a 9 hour travel time our family were left sitting in the lobby waiting for access instructions. After a few phone calls we received the welcome instructions. The building has valet parking at $25 a night and charges for every entry and exit in between. At least it is secure. The apartment is big and had most things that we expected. It could have been cleaned better though. The gym is excellent. The games room was good and we didn’t use the pool. Location is excellent for walking distance into White Plains Center and for the main train ride into NYC.

Enjoyed the stay. I would have liked a better mattress, but that is being a little overly critical.
