Everything, in general, was wonderful—the breakfast was exquisite. My regards go out to the entire staff, including all the Dominicans and other Latinos I met; the service at the bar was exquisite, and everyone was truly great. As for cleanliness, I give them 200% out of 100%. This was my first time in New York, and let me tell you: on my next visit, I will definitely return to this hotel—it is perfectly centrally located.

It was adequate for our stay but not particularly impressive. Breakfast was another letdown — very overpriced for what was offered, with poor quality food and particularly bad coffee. The most concerning issue came just before checkout, when we noticed daily charges to international numbers on our bill. These calls had been made at times when we weren’t even in the hotel, all to the same number in Asia. We raised this with reception, and while the charges were eventually removed, there was no apology or meaningful explanation, which was disappointing. The location is excellent, but overall the experience was underwhelming. Unfortunately, I wouldn’t choose to stay here again.
