"Honestly, one of the best hotel experiences I've encountered. The staff, specifically, O'shane made my check-in experience wonderful. As a first time guest, I received a complimentary upgrade to my room which I thoroughly enjoyed. The views from the room were amazing. The amenities were pretty cool as well. They had a rooftop pool and jacuzzi which served to be a great option in the cool weather. The location was pretty convenient to everything. I could get to Broadway in minutes. I would certainly come back to this hotel again and again. "
