What really made the experience stand out, though, was the staff—everyone was genuinely friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything we needed. "The resort was gorgeous. The pools were quiet and peaceful. The beachfront was stunning with ample umbrellas and loungers available for all (wasn't necessary to reserve in advance or wake up before sunrise to "claim your spot"). Plenty of spots available at pool also. The staff was accommodating and kind. We were able to check in 3 hours early with no advance notice. Bicycles were conveniently available. "

"Overall property was nice, food was good. Part of the room was updated and other parts were still dated. The servicing of the rooms was excellent, twice a day. The service at the restaurant Pelago was very slow, the beach service took over an hour to get anyone to come take your order even with the flag up for service and some times the people helping with towels and beach equipment would be a little rude. Overall it was good place to stay, the beach was short but clean. We could also walk to other resorts to eat dinner at their restaurant easily as taxis can be pricey for a family of 6. "
