"Disappointed in my stay at Walcott Iowa Comfort Inn. Gave list of four problems noted with my stay to front desk staff on way out. No response received. Breakfast wasn't as nice as indicated in the reviews. Breakfast juice dispenser not operational. Probably will Not stay at this location again nor recommend that others do the same. Did like the Farm photos on the walls."

"First room had bugs and the window was so cracked that the wind kept us up all night. When I asked for a new room the next room we got the bathroom was disgusting but we made due. Will not be staying here again"

"The television doesn’t get the local channels ABC, CBS and NBC the bed was very hard and comfortable. The pillows were flat ruff nights sleep and when we woke in the morning they serve breakfast from 6 to 10 AM. We arrived at 8 AM. They had no eggs and said that one person ate all the eggs, and what they had left was only frozen sorry I will be calling corporate to tell them of the conditions of this particular hotel."

"Things could have been cleaner. Our soap dispensers in the bathroom were held up by black duct tape. The bases of the beds were made of aluminum which was an uncomfortable/odd noise throughout the night. Breakfast area wasn’t clean and not good. Staff was very nice and great customer service. The kids loved the pool but the water wasn’t clear. Looked a bit murky. It was a fine stay. Just not super clean feeling. "
