The Fleur de Lis, a traditionally styled unit with hints of French Dubuque, is located in the downtown Millwork District on the second floor. It is ideal for one couple but can sleep up to 4. Perfect for a romantic get-away or business, the Fleur de Lis has 1 bedroom, 2 full baths, ready to cook-in kitchen, gas fireplace, spacious living room and private hot tub on the balcony. The queen size bedroom boasts a spacious en suite and the sofa in the living room pulls out into a bed when needed. The unit is within walking distance of many amenities in downtown Dubuque.

Great place to explore Dubuque

We really enjoy our stay! The property was beautifully decorated, clean and had everything we thought we would need. Great location in Dubuque for breakfast at Charlottes, dinner in the Millwork District or hitting the Farmers Market on Saturday morning.

Great Place to Relax

My husband and I stayed a few nights at The Drake House-Fleur De Lis and really enjoyed it!! We have booked this rental before because it's such a unique place. The rental is very clean and the kitchen had everything we needed. We liked relaxing in the living room area and also the hot tub on the deck is an added plus! Being above Charlotte's Coffee House was amazing to drink different types of coffee and have a delicious breakfast. The Mississippi River is within walking distance along with a cool museum. I would recommend this place!

Cozy place in the City

My husband and I loved our stay at the Drake House. It was a great place to relax and reconnect. We ate at the wonderful coffee house below us and had a fantastic dinner in the city within walking distance. We enjoyed the hot tub and the cozy layout of the place. This is a return visit for us because we like this place:)

Wedding getting ready

My husband and I stayed here the night before our wedding and then the girls and I got ready here the morning of. Gorgeous space with plenty of seating. Perfect spot if getting married in the Millwork district! Owner was easy to get ahold of when needed.

Impeccably clean property. Walking distance to a lot Dubuque has to offer. Hot tub was a relaxing way to end the day despite a few days of rain. Our second lovely stay.

Exposed brick serenity

This is my kind of place. Exposed brick, gorgeous wood floors, and a chicken print. Love the hot tub on the balcony. Above one of the best coffee shops out there. Within walking distance to shops, breweries, restaurants, and downtown. Great location - hope to be back one day.

My spouse and I stayed over the weekend. Enjoyed the hottub and the coffee shop on the ground level. Space was clean and easy to access. Jenn was available for any questions and checked on us to make sure everything was going well.

Nice place

Overall very impressed with the property. Super clean, nice finishings, and hot tub was a plus! If you are a light sleeper, this may not be for you as we could hear the upstairs guests and the noise from the street pretty well. Very convenient location though and host was very responsive.

Place was clean and nicely decorated, hot tub is a nice addition, brought ear plugs, traffic does get noisy! Thanks to a previous review :) Hut tub wasnt getting very hot and the jets didnt work in the moring. But other then that, Would go back!

Love those bricks and patio

The exposed interior bricks and warm wooden cabinets and floors gave a particularly elegant, solid, welcoming feeling which we enjoyed. All the furniture was comfortable, visually appealing, and well laid out to enhance our visiting. Lots of good surfaces for the crafts we shared. The patio was fantastic! We spent lots of time in the fresh air. The excellent coffee shop with a tasty breakfast lunch and sweet treats menu right downstairs was an added perk. One of the best spaces we have shared over the many years of our annual best women friends get together. We are looking forward to coming back.

Cleanest place I’ve ever been in! The place was great for my sister and I getting away for a few days. Parking wasn’t great (across the street) hard to load/unload our stuff. Very limited parking in front of bldg. Don’t pack heavy as there is a lot of steps to get to the apartment. I would stay there again
