"The staff are doing their best with what is clearly an ageing hotel. Our room was on the main road side, so it was pretty noisy. Breakfast was basic, but the place was pretty clean."

"My daughter is a student at Seton Hall University. This hotel is close and there are several restaurants that are walking distance because the hotel is located right next to a strip mall. Some of the places to eat: Starbucks, Panera, Five Guys, TGIFridays, Coldstone, and there is a grocery store there as well. Bored? There is a AMC Theater in the strip mall as well. You are also about 30 minutes to NYC, but it can be more depending on traffic. The staff at the hotel is very friendly, and the rooms are clean. Highly recommend."

"Hotel was beautiful and my kids enjoyed! Hotel staff were also very friendly and helpful. My autistic daughter even tried out the egg at breakfast which tells you alot. The jacuzzi did not work for us but maybe next time."

"We arrived at 11:30 pm. We were not checked in till after midnight. After a long day I just wanted to get to room. I asked for extra pillows was told they don’t have any. What hotel does not have extra pillows. Whole hotel smelled of spices that were unpleasant. When we got off elevator carpets was gross with confetti and popped balloons on floor. All you could hear was highway noise. Breakfast was ok nothing spectacular. We will not be staying here again. Very disappointed in this property by IHG."

"Located in the town Short Hills, this was a beautiful hotel about 25 minutes from EWR airport. Great service and helpful staff."

"The room was very clean and there is on site parking. I used the guest laundry- which only takes quarters and you need to bring your own detergent/dryer sheets - but it was nice to not have to find a laundromat. There was a mini fridge in the room but it did not seem to keep anything cold enough. Bed was comfy as well."
