The ground floor is sociable and open plan, with a newly fitted modern gloss kitchen with integrated appliances and breakfast bar with stools, opening out to a dining area with seating for 6 and wall mounted smart TV. The first floor comprises a cosy living room and newly installed family bathroom. Both bedrooms are on the second floor; a double and a twin, alongside a handy W.C. cloakroom in the hallway.
